Orange County has several options for outdoor yoga including yoga in the park and yoga on the beach. Most of the classes listed below are open to all age groups and best of all, most of them are free! However, the free ones typically suggest a donation of anywhere from $5-25 to help a local charity.

Outdoor Yoga Classes in Dana Point
I Heart Yoga
When: Every day at 8:30am, 10am, and 4:30pm
Where: Lantern Bay Park
I Heart Yoga is working with the City of Dana Point to continue their most popular yoga classes: Yoga in the Park! You have to reserve your spot ahead of time (you can do so at this link). Yoga in the park is free for I Heart Yoga members and $10 for non-members.
Outdoor Yoga Classes in Huntington Beach
Yoga on the Beach
When: Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 9am and 4pm;
Tuesday/Thursday at 8am, 10am, and 4pm;
Saturday/Sunday at 8:30am, 10am, and 4pm
Where: 14th Street and PCH (left of Tower 14)
Yoga on the Beach offers yoga classes for all skill levels! You can sign up for a class here and check their live updates on their Facebook page here! This is one of several beach yoga options in Orange County.
Namaste Family Yoga
When: Saturdays at 9:30am
Where: Farquhar Park
Namaste Family Yoga offers yoga in the park for all ages. They ask for donations to join the class, but there’s no set price. They also offer yoga on the beach every Friday at 9:30am! Again, it’s for all ages and yoga on the beach is located at Tower 10 (PCH and 9th Street).

Rise Yoga HB
When: Thursdays at 7am
Where: Pattinson Park
Rise Yoga HB starts in February 2021. The class is free, but they suggest bringing a donation of $10-20 with you.

When: Thursdays/Saturdays/Sundays at 9am
Where: Mike Ward Community Park

Karma Yoga in the Park
When: Every day at 10am
Where: Montage-Treasure Island Park
Karma Yoga in the Park is a donation-based yoga class (they suggest $25). For live updates and more info, here is their Facebook page!
Bootcamp Yoga with Carl Brown
When: Mondays/Thursdays/Saturdays at 8am
Where: Montage Public Park (Treasure Island Park)
Carl Brown hosts Yoga in the Park at Montage Public Park. Classes are free, but the suggested donation is $5 and proceeds go to Himalayan Children’s Fund and Tara Abbey for the Education of girls in Nepal.

Yoga in the Park with Renee
When: Wednesdays/Sundays at 12pm
Where: Bluebird Canyon Park
Renee has been teaching yoga for 20+ years and welcomes all skill levels to her classes. She has a suggested donation of $10.

Where: Heisler Park
Yoga at the Whale offers one hour yoga classes every day at 9:15am. This yoga in the park class overlooks the beach and is perfect for social distancing. They have a suggested donation of $10.

Outdoor Yoga Classes in Newport Beach
Haus of Show
When: Beach yoga every Wednesday at 4:30pm and Saturday at 9am. SUP yoga every Saturday at 11am.
Where: Beach yoga at 68th Street. SUP yoga at Lido Paddle Sports.
Haus of Show offers both beach yoga and SUP yoga in Newport Beach. Beach yoga is donation-based and for SUP yoga you’ll need to pay $30 in advance. They have several other classes too, including beer yoga!

SunSpark Yoga
When: Every day at varying times
Where: 122 S Glassell St.
SunSpark has classes geared toward both beginners and advanced students. They charge $16 for a single class, but they also have packages for 6-24 classes as well as monthly memberships.

Hi! I used to go to Yoga in the Park in Laguna Beach and loved it. It is donation based and there everyday. The Saturday morning class with Laura Love is my favorite!
